Quality Matters

During our first year in business, we carried 5 Pickleball Paddle manufacturers products...

NOW, we carry ONE!

The reason is simple...

Selkirk has proven itself to be the industry leader in both Technology and Quality!

No Compromise!

Selkirk's a family company that our family can get behind.

Each manufacturer has a different warranty and apply to manufacturer's defects or breakage from normal use.

If you damage your paddle by hitting the ground, the court, smashing it against a pole, your thigh or head (often after a missed shot... I've seen it happen) or any other object other than a Pickleball, please do not ask for warranty coverage. We will always be fair in a warranty settlement through our manufacturers but we ask for fairness on your part as well.

Selkirk Paddles are covered for lifetime of original purchaser for breakage or any defects other than inflicted damage to the paddle... some limitations on denting (and the 1 year on the Latitude & NEO). For more information on Selkirk's warranty or to register your new Selkirk paddle for warranty purposes, click here.

Terms...

 â€‹

For Pickleball Paddles, PaddleUp Pickleball Supplies will provide, at no charge, the same or equivalent replacement Pickleball paddle (no refunds will be provided) if the purchased paddle from PaddleUp Pickleball Supplies cracks or breaks through normal usage within the warranty coverage period.

What's Covered...

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered during warranty period.

What's NOT Covered...

Balls are not covered.

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence or user modification, and the natural breakdown or fading of graphics are not covered.

Cracks and damage close to the edge of a paddle are not covered by warranty. These are usually caused by hitting another paddle, the court floor, or other solid objects. A ball will not cause this type of damage.

To keep it easy for you, all we require is a picture of the broken or damaged product along with your original invoice sent to us via email. We will consult with the manufacturer and let you know if the damaged product is required to be sent back to us.
